Where to Start Setting Up the Bogbound Camp (Request 31)
You can start Request 31 when you gain access to the Crimson Mirelands. Head to the named location called the Sludge Mound. At this location you will meet a man named Odo. Odo gives you Request 31, which is to help the Construction Corp setup the Bugbound Camp.
Defeat the Three Stunky and Setup Camp
From where you met Odo head up the path to the north. When you enter the middle of the mountain you will see a Construction Corp member and three Stunky Pokemon. Approach the group and a cutscene will play. Defeat the three Stunky in battle. Once this battle is complete the Construction Corp member will setup the new base camp.
After the base camp is setup you will have completed the Request. The base camp allows you to use the amenities of other camps in a more central location. You can rest, speak to the professor, buy items, and more. Establishing the camp also unlocks Request 40: The Charm Lost in the Swamp for Yojiro at the camp.
