How to Unlock the Secret Santa Room in Pet Sim 99
The holiday season is here in Pet Simulator 99, and it’s packed with fun Christmas events! BIG Games has just added a cool new feature in the December 21 update: the Secret Santa Room. If you’re wondering how to unlock this hidden room, you’ve come to the right place! Our step-by-step guide will show you everything you need to do to find and unlock the Secret Santa Room in Pet Simulator 99.
Step 1: Get a Snowball Launcher and Snowballs
Before you can unlock the Secret Santa Room, you’ll need a special item: the Snowball Launcher and Snowballs. Don’t worry if you don’t have them yet—we’ve got you covered! Here’s how to get the Snowball Launcher in Pet Simulator 99:
- Buy from the Snow Merchant
- Head to Area 63: Frost Mountain in World 1.
- The Snow Merchant sells the Snowball Launcher and Snowballs, so make sure you’ve saved up some Coins!
- Buy with Gems in the Trading Plaza
- Visit the Trading Plaza and use your Gems to purchase the Snowball Launcher.
- Trade with Other Players
- Ask your friends or trade with other players to get the Snowball Launcher. Some players might have extras they’re willing to trade!
Once you’ve got the Snowball Launcher and plenty of Snowballs, you’re ready for the next step!
Step 2: Destroy the 10 Targets
Once you have the Snowball Launcher and Snowballs, head to the Holiday World and make your way to Area 9: Snowball Fort. In this area, you’ll find 10 red targets scattered around. Your goal is to shoot each of these targets with Snowballs using your Snowball Launcher.
As you hit a target, it will turn green, letting you know it’s complete. Keep going until all 10 targets have been hit and turned green. If you’re having trouble finding the targets, check the screenshot above for their locations to make it easier.
After successfully shooting all 10 targets, you’ll receive the Santa Key as a reward. This key is essential for accessing the Secret Santa Room, so make sure you’ve completed this step before moving on!
Step 3: Go to the Santa Secret Room
Once you have the Santa Key, you can unlock the Secret Santa Room! Head to Area 10: Santa’s Cottage in the Holiday World. In this area, you’ll find a locked door. Walk up to the door and interact with the lock. You’ll get the option to open the cottage for 1 hour using the Santa Key.
When you’re ready, hit Yes, and the Secret Santa Room will unlock! Inside, you’ll find exciting rewards. You can hatch the Santa’s Cottage Egg, which gives you a 10x chance of hatching Huge Pets. You’ll also be able to destroy breakable objects and open the Grinch Boss Chest for even more treasures.
After your 1 hour in the Secret Santa Room is up, you’ll be automatically returned to the Holiday World. If you want to revisit the room, you’ll need to wait 2 hours cooldown and then repeat the process of shooting all 10 red targets in Area 9: Snowball Fort to earn another Santa Key.
