How to Access the Wardrobe in Cyberpunk 2077
The Cyberpunk 2077 Edgerunner Patch 1.6 features a number of new additions to the game. One of the more requested additions that has been added is the Wardrobe. The Wardrobe works as the game’s transmog system. This means you can wear whatever you want without giving up stats from other, more ugly, pieces of equipment. To learn how to access the Wardrobe in Cyberpunk 2077 see our guide below.
Where to Find the Wardrobe?
The new Wardrobe function is located inside of your Apartments and Safe Houses. In these location you will find closets of some sort you can interact with. When you approach the closet you will see a prompt to Open Wardrobe. Hit the prompted button to be taken to the Wardrobe screen where you can create your Wardrobe loadouts.
How to Create and Equip Wardrobe Loadouts?
On the Wardrobe screen you will see six Wardrobe loadouts. You can have six outfits ready at any time to change between. Each outfit allows you to equip items for head, face, upper body, and lower body. Note that these pieces are vanity/aesthetic only. They do not give any sort of stat boosts. State giving armor is still equipped from the Inventory screen.
Once you’ve created your Wardrobes you can equip them from the Wardrobe screen (ie in your Apartment or Safe Houses) or from the Outfits option on the Inventory screen (as shown above). Selecting this button takes you to the Wardrobe Outfits screen. On this screen you will find all of your saved Wardrobe Outfits. You can then select between them to quickly change in and out of the outfits you’ve created. If you wish to change your outfit loadouts you need to return to your Wardrobe to change them.
The Cyberpunk 2077 Edgerunner Patch 1.6 added a new piece of clothing for players to find called David’s Jacket. Additionally you can also snag the hidden Hypercritical Iconic Precision Rifle as well.
