Hangout Event Noelle Guide – Genshin Impact

During the currently running seasonal event in Genshin Impact there are new Story Quests for players to complete called Hangouts. These Hangout quests feature one of four characters: Barbara, Noelle, Chongyun, and Bennett, and require Story Keys to unlock. The Hangout Event Noelle guide below will help you complete Story Quest that features Noelle.

How to Start Hangout Event Noelle

To start the Hangout Event: Noelle Story Quest you need to ensure you meet a specific criteria of two parts. The first part is being Adventure Rank 26 or above and have completed “Prologue: Act III – Song of the Dragon and Freedom”. The second part is having 2x Story Keys at your disposal. If you meet the criteria listed above you can access the Hangout Event: Noelle Story Quest from the Events Overview > Hangout Event > Story Quests page. Spend the 2x Story Keys on Noelle’s chapter to star the quest below.

Act I Chivalric Training Guide

Once you’ve unlocked Noelle’s Story Quest you will be able to start the mission called Chivalric Training. This mission features a total of six endings to unlock. Unlocking endings is fairly straightforward and worth your time to do. The Ending Rewards for Noelle’s Story Mission are:

Obtain 6 Hangout Memories	Adventure XP, 20x Primogems, 3x Guide to Resistance

To unlock all of the rewards listed above you need to ensure you unlock the six endings in the Chivalric Training mission with Noelle. I will explain how to do this below.

Unlock All 6 Noelle Hangout Endings

The Noelle hangout event tasks you with completing a series of objectives that will appear on your map. These objectives can be completed a few ways and will result in a trio of branching storylines that take place over a number of different missions.

To unlock all of the endings for this quest you will need to replay certain parts of the mission to make specific dialogue choices. Consult the image above to see where the branches occur to see where each memory ending can be found. Further details on the Noelle endings are disclosed below.

A Cold Reception Ending Steps

1. Meet Noelle outside Mondstadt.
2. “The Knights of Favonius have… maids?”
3. “Chivalric Training?”
4. “You seem to be… working hard…”
5. “You know… it’s okay to not be a knight.”
6. “A maid is a respectable position too, I’d like to become one.”
7. “I’m constantly running errands.”
8. Complete All of Life is Training.
9. “Imitated?”
10. “…Made especially for you.”
11. “Brewing process?”
12. “This one was made especially for you.”
13. “Where are we going after the meal?”
14. “She’s a maid of the Knights of Favonius.”
15. “This one was made especially for you.”
16. Escort him yourself.
17. Meet Alois outside Mondstadt and then return to Noelle to get memory.

Goodbye, Miss Maid Ending Steps

This ending is along the same track as the A Cold Reception ending and can be acquired by replaying the Guest From Afar portion of the Hangout event. From this point onwards select the following:

1. “Imitated?”
2. “…Noelle’s way of showing hospitality.”
3. “Easier to obtain?”
4. “It’s just Noelle’s way of showing hospitality.”
5. “Noelle, do we have anything else on the itinerary?”
6. “She’s a future knight of Favonius.”
7. “It’s just Noelle’s way of showing hospitality.”

A Defender’s Will Is Their Strength Ending Steps

This ending can be unlocked by making certain selections during the Honorary Knight section of the Story Quest. When you meet Noelle outside Mondstadt follow these steps:

1. Meet Noelle outside Mondstadt.
2. “The Knights of Favonius have… maids?”
3. “Chivalric Training?”
4. “Maidly duties?”
5. “What you lack is strength.”
6. Go to Training Ground.
7. Complete training test.
8. “Is it because you lack real-world fighting experience?”
9. “Noelle, you’ve always worked as a maid in Mondstadt, right?”
10. Fight targets (doesn’t matter if you beat them).
11. “It is precisely because the power of a single knight is limited that the Knights of Favonius was formed. Don’t you think?”
12. Defeat Hilichurl and talk to Henning.
13. Get memory after speaking to Henning (choices don’t matter).

A Maid Above Ground Ending Steps

You can get this ending along the same track as the A Defender’s Will Is Their Strength ending, specifically at the Training Ground area. When you do the Training Ground do the following steps:

1. Destroy all training dummies.
2. “Because… you still need more strength.”
3. Mine at the designated mining spot then defeat enemies.
4. Speak to Knight of Favonius.
5. Clear path, defeat enemy, mine some more.
6. Speak to Knight of Favonius (choices don’t matter).
7. Get memory after interaction.

A Conundrum Called Love Ending Steps

This ending can be unlocked by making certain selections during the Honorary Knight section of the Story Quest. When you meet Noelle outside Mondstadt follow these steps:

1. Meet Noelle outside Mondstadt.
2. “The Knights of Favonius have… maids?”
3. “Chivalric Training?”
4. “Maidly duties?”
5. “What you lack is rest.”
6. “And speaking of tea, let’s have some.”
7. Go see Beatrice.
8. Offer to help her.
9. “It shouldn’t matter, it’s the thought that counts.”
10. Make and give a grilled fish to Beatrice.
11. Relax with Noelle then talk to Bea.
12. Speak to Noelle in library to get memory.

Whisper of the Paper Rose Ending Steps

This ending can be unlocked along the same track as the A Conundrum Called Love ending making certain selections during this section of the Story Quest. When you meet up with Beatrice follow these steps:

1. “I’ll certainly do my best.”
2. “… So Quinn feels that Bea has nothing important to say to him…”
3. “Gifts convey our intentions, we should choose carefully.”
4. “But let’s think about what Quinn might like…”
5. Visit Marjorie’s store.
6. “Actually, we’re here to help someone else choose a gift.”
7. Select The Frostening Bottle.
8. Give gift to Bea.
9. Go to Cape Oath and take a picture using photo mode.
10. Go to Startsnatch Cliff and take a picture using photo mode.
11. Head to Windrise and take yet another picture.
12. Head back to Bea and give the photos to her.
13. Go back to Windrise and stand by the tree.
14. Complete interaction to get memory.

This concludes our guide to the Hangout Event Noelle Story Quest. Completing all six of the endings listed above is a very easy way to acquire some decent resources like Primogems and such. Completing all the memory ending can be easily done by accessing the storyline screen. From here simply select the named checkpoints to start the story from that point. This allows you to get everything done without starting the story over and over again. Accessing the screen can be done on the Quest Screen > Check Plan.
