The Witcher 3 Grandmaster Feline Armor

Grandmaster Feline Armor

The Witcher 3 DLC Blood and Wine added a whole new tier of armor to the game, GrandmasterThere now are a total of 5 Armor Sets which can be upgraded to ‘Grandmaster’ status. In order to have access to these armors, players need to meet the Grandmaster Armorer in Beauclair, the capitol of Toussaint. Meeting him triggers your quests to find the diagrams needed to make Grandmaster equipment. The following is a walkthrough showing how to find the Grandmaster Feline Armor

Where to Find the Grandmaster Feline Armor Schematics

When your quest for the Grandmaster Feline Armor begins, you will be tasked with going to Bartoleme de Launay’s house. The house is located in the northern part of Toussaint duchy, look for the Trading Post waypoint. Upon arriving at the house, you will realize that the front gate has been locked. You must find a way to get inside, so simply go to the right of the gate and climb up the scaffolding along the wall.

Inside you will face off against a bunch of bandits. Dispatch of the bandits then go towards the smaller building to the left. Inside the smaller building you will find a painting on the wall. Interact with the painting to receive the Grandmaster Feline Armor diagram and a Letter to Bartolome de Launay (your next clue). Read the letter, then use the Key to Villa Vedette to exit out of the main gate (can be found on a bandit).

Where to Find the Grandmaster Feline Trousers and Boots Schematics

Upon reading the Letter to Bartolome de Launay, you will learn that there is an old ruin nearby, called the Arthach Palace Ruins. Inside these ruins are… the Trouser and boots schematics! The ruins are located not far from the mansion to the northwest. They are currently a bandit hideout. Clearing the hideout is not necessary to get to the schematics, simply make your way to the top level of the ruins and look for a bridge with a fire burning on it. On this bridge is a chest with the schematics and Hanse’s leader’s notes inside.

Where to find the Grandmaster Feline Steel Sword, Silver Sword and Gauntlets Schematics

Leave the hell hole that is the Arthach Palace Ruins and read Hanse’s leader’s notes. The note speaks of a place called the Pits of Brume. The pit is located a touch South of the Arthach Palace Ruins. Once you make it to the area, look for a cave entrance and go inside. The cave itself is pretty straightforward.

Walk until Geralt reaches the largest chamber and fight the few archespores. Use either a torch or cat potion to help see if necessary. Once the foes are dispatched, look for an old cot and a bag leaning against it. Inside the bag is the schematics. Take the schematics back to your trust Grand Master Armorer and get crafting!
