Elden Ring Kenneth Haight Quest Guide

In Elden Ring there is a fort named Fort Haight. This fort is located in the southeastern corner of Limgrave. Before you visit this location you will want to meet the person it is named after, Kenneth Haight. Kenneth Haight is the king of the fort and he wants your help in taking it back.

Where to Find Kenneth Haight (Location 1)

Before you go to the fort meet up with Kenneth Haight. He is located in the north of the Mistwood Outskirts on the broken piece of building above the road there. The map marker above shows his exact location. Approach Kenneth and speak to him to learn that he wants someone to clear out his castle so he can return to it.

Clear out Fort Haight

The next step in the quest is to clear out Fort Haight. Make your way to the fort in southeast Limgrave. While Kenneth says you need to take back the fort, you really only need to kill one specific enemy. At the top of the fort on the eastern wall there is a fairly challenging knight enemy. Defeat this enemy to ‘clear’ the fort.

Once that pesky knight has been dealt with return to Kenneth. Speak to him to tell him the good news about the fort. He will give you the Erdsteel Dagger as a reward. Continue speaking to Kenneth and he offers you the chance to pledge your allegiance to him. Do this then reload the area and Kenneth will leave.

Where to Find Kenneth Haight (Location 2)

Kenneth Haight returns to Fort Haight. Go back to the fort and where you fought the knight. Here you will find Kenneth waiting for you. Approach Kenneth and speak to him. He will apologize to you and will speak of finding the true ruler of Limgrave.

Currently this is the end of the questline for Kenneth. Some are speculating that it is possible to find the new ruler Kenneth speaks about, but that has yet to surface. Speculate in the comments below who you think it is.
