Destiny 2: Spreading Cheer Guide – Alpine Dash Exotic Vehicle Unlock
The Dawning is currently being held in Destiny 2 and with it comes two new Exotic quests for players to complete. These quests involve completing certain baking in Eva’s Oven and delivering the baked goods to certain NPCs. To help you complete the first quest use our Spreading Cheer guide below.
NOTE: you receive this quest by completing the first section of the Dawning for Eva.
How to Make and Deliver Dark Chocolate Motes
Dark Chocolate Motes Recipe: Taken Butter + Null Taste + Essence of Dawning.
One of the required items for you to cook is the Dark Chocolate Motes. This gift can be made by combining Taken Butter, Null Taste, and 15x Essence of Dawning. To get the Taken Butter defeat Taken enemies; earn Null Tast by using Void damage to defeat enemies; 15x Essence of Dawning by completing different activities like strikes and Nightfalls. Once you have the ingredients listed above you can cook the Dark Chocolate Motes using Eva’s Holiday Oven 2.0. With the Dark Chocolate Motes made, take them to The Drifter on the Tower.
How to Make and Deliver Fractal Rolls
Fractal Rolls Recipe: Vex Milk + Pinch of Light + 15x Essence of Dawning.
To complete this objective of the mission you need to make and deliver Fractal Rolls. Fractal Rolls are made by combining Vex Milk with a Pinch of Light and 15 Essence of Dawning. To gather these ingredients you want to defeat Vex for the Vex Milk and collect orbs of light for the Pinch of Light.
Once you have the ingredients listed above combined them using Eva’s Holiday Oven 2.0. The result of this combination is Fractal Rolls. Deliver these Fractal Rolls to Brother Vance in the Lighthouse on Mercury.
How to Bake 50 Gifts
This objective is fairly straightforward. All you need to do is bake a total of 50 Gifts. This will occur naturally as you play Destiny 2 during the Dawning event. This takes a while but must be done to complete this quest line. If you got the Dawning Cheer Exotic Vehicle you will already be 12 Gifts towards the requirement.
Once you’ve completed all of the objectives listed above you will be asked to return to Eva on the Tower. Eva will give you the Alpine Dash for you efforts.
