Destiny 2 Season of the Hunt Calendar Revealed by Bungie

Early today Bungie showed off their upcoming expansion, Destiny 2: Beyond Light, in a ViDoc called Forged in the Storm. During this video Bungie touched on the upcoming new season called Season of the Hunt. During this new season that runs from November-February players will have a number of activities to play weekly. Let’s take a closer look at the Destiny 2 Season of the Hunt content below.

Destiny 2 Season of the Hunt Schedule

On the Bungie blog they revealed the upcoming schedule for Season of the Hunt. This schedule contains weekly activities that will be added spanning the length of the season which starts on November 10 and ends some time in February.

Like previous seasons in Destiny 2 the Season of the Hunt features a central underlying story and a number of events like the Iron Banner, The Dawning, and more. The complete list of activities announced so far is as follows:

November 10-21

  • Seasonal Artifact and Reward Track unlocks.
  • Empire Hunts begin.
  • The Glassway strike opens.
  • Uncover Europa’s Secrets.
  • Adept Weapons added to Trials.
  • Season mission begins.
  • Wrathborn Hunts begin.
  • Raid Opens: Deep Stone Crypt.

December 8-15

  • First Iron Banner.
  • The Dawning.

These are all of the currently announced events coming for with the Beyond Light expansion and Season of the Hunt. One very important element to note is that Bungie has revealed that Seasonal content will stick around longer than previous seasons. For Season of the Hunt all the gear will be sticking around for year 4 meaning you will have more time to get seasonal items before they leave.
