Death Stranding: How to Get the Otter Hood (Conan O’ Brien Cameo)

Complete Contract No. 37 To Cosplayer
Reach Episode 3 and make your way through the various contracts for Sam until you recieve Contract No. 37. This contract requests you to deliver 2x sewing sets to a Cosplayer. Make your way to the Cosplayer and deliver the cargo to her. When you make the delivery you will meet a familiar face. Late night talk show host Conan O’Brien is the Cosplayer’s friend and he happens to be wearing an Otter Hood. As reward for making the delivery you will receive the Otter Hood for yourself.
What Does the Otter Hood Do?
Once you have the Otter Hood you can equip it by pressing up on the D-Pad then X on the Otter Hood in the radial menu. The Otter Hood will replace the hood on your suit. With the Otter Hood equipped you take on the characteristics of an Otter, becoming better at swimming. What this means is when you fall into water you will swim left or right better than you would without the hood equipped. It also seems like you float better as well. There’s literally no reason to not have the hood equipped once you’ve unlocked it.
