Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty Tarot Cards Locations
The DLC for Cyberpunk 2077, Phantom Liberty, contains a new storyline for players and new Tarot Cards to collect. Like the base game there are hidden cards littered around the map players can locate and collect. There are a total of four Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty Tarot Cards to find. The guide below shows you all of the Tarot Card locations in Dogtown so you can complete the Tomorrow Never Knows quest.
How to Collect Tarot Cards in the Phantom Liberty DLC
Tarot Cards in the Phantom Liberty DLC work exactly like the Tarot Cards you found in the base game. These cards are murals scattered around the Dogtown location. Once a player locates one of these murals they can use the Scanner to collect it. Each time you collect a Tarot Card it is added to your Tarot Card collection which is located in the Journal. The new cards are the ones that have stars on them in the collection.
There are two methods you can use to collect the Tarot Cards. The first is to get them in free roam by simply walking around Dogtown. The second method is to make your way through the campaign. While you do this you will go to the different locations that have the cards in them.
King of Cups
Card Description: “A King of Cups is a creative and emotionally-driven person. They are a strong individual, who realize the importance of feelings. Intuition helps them navigate their lives. When fate is in their favor, compassion guides their actions. When they’re at odds with fate, it’d be unwise to trust them.”
The first Tarot Card you can collect is the King of Cups. This card is located outside of the entrance to Dogtown in the Pacifica Coastview area. You visit this location at the start of the DLC during the Dog Eat Dog mission. It is on a wall behind the mech enemy.
King of Wands
Card Description: “The master of planning and unorthodox ideas. An individual who brings people together and radiates inspiration to those they consider friends. However, their enemies will soon find they are on an impulsive, devastating force of nature, capable of breaking oaths and crossing any line, just to see their goals achieved.”
As part of the Lucretia My Reflection story mission you go to a basketball court to meet Reed. To the left of the court on the wall you will find the King of Wands Tarot Card. If you didn’t collect it during the mission its location will be marked on your map just from sitting near it.
King of Pentacles
Card Description: “The King of Pentacles is imperious. They represent enterprise, pragmatism, but also attachment. From such a person one can expect coldness or attachment to material possessions; they are likely to turn your world upside down sooner or later.”
The King of Pentacles Tarot Card is located on the wall just outside of the Hideout in Dogtown. You visit this location during the main storyline and will return here often. An easy time to collect it is during the mission called “Lucretia My Reflection“, during which you and Reed return to the safe house to check on Myers.
King of Swords
Card Description: “Two things matter above all else for a King of Swords: logic and conviction. They represent a person with a precise moral compass, who is known for their caring demeanor. However, enemies beware – the King of Swords is a ruthless opponent, who will not reset until you are punished and left to be torn apart by hounds of fate.”
During The Damned mission you are tasked with visiting The Moth Bar. Go to this location and head round to the back northeast corner of the building where there is a secret entrance. Next to the entrance is the King of Swords Tarot Card.
Upon collecting all of the four Tarot Cards listed above you can turn in the Tomorrow Never Knows quest. To do this visit Misty at her shop in the Watson area of Little China. Use the Bradbury & Buran fast travel spot to get there quickly.
When you speak to Misty tell her you found new cards. She will then give you a hint as to the meaning behind the four cards you found in and around Dogtown. Following this interaction the quest will end.
