Crow Country: Retro Survival Horror for PS5 & PC Launching Soon
SFB Games has introduced Crow Country, their newest game drawing inspiration from the iconic PlayStation 1 era. This exciting release promises a survival horror adventure, immersing players in the nostalgic gaming ambiance of the 1990s. Along with this announcement, they have also released a trailer showcasing the game’s distinctive art style and intriguing setting.
In 1990, the setting of Crow Country is a theme park bearing the same name, situated just outside Atlanta, Georgia. Two years ago, the park’s owner mysteriously disappeared, leaving an enigmatic void that remains unexplained to this day.
Gamers take on the role of Mara Forest, a young woman determined to unravel the mystery of Crow Country. She embarks on a quest within the theme park, searching for vital clues concerning the proprietor’s unexplained disappearance.
As Mara ventures through the park, she encounters a small group of characters, engages in exploration, and tackles puzzles to propel the storyline forward.
For those who prefer to deviate from the main storyline, the game introduces ‘Exploration Mode.’ In this mode, you can actively roam the desolate and unsettling theme park without the constant lurking threat of danger.
At present, Crow Country does not have a specified release date. However, when it is ready for launch, it will be accessible on both Steam and PlayStation 5 platforms. In the meantime, a demo is already available for interested players on both of these stores, offering a sneak peek into the game’s world.
