Control: How to Access The Foundation DLC
Control received its first piece of DLC content today in the form of The Foundation. The Foundation is the first major story addition to the game. This DLC takes players to new locations with new enemies to fight and new secrets to uncover. To help you start this new DLC use our how to access The Foundation DLC guide below.
Download The Foundation DLC
Before you can play The Foundation DLC you need to first download the DLC. To do this you will need to have purchased the DLC either separately or via the season pass. Once purchased you will gain access to The Foundation DLC download. After you’ve downloaded the DLC load up the game and start your save.
Start The Foundation Mission
Once you’ve downloaded the DLC login to the game to have The Foundation mission appear in your mission list and on your screen. This mission tasks you with heading to The Hotline Chamber to get a brief emergency message from the Board. This kicks off the new DLC story.

I have the Season Pass andalready download It, but still dosent show the mission, do i need to start a New character? Thanks
Yeah, but how to purchase it? Epicstore still shows “Coming soon”.
My guess is it will release on Epic store at 9 AM PST. They did the same thing with Borderlands 3 DLC.
The lack of information from both Epic and Remedy is mind boggling. I am somewhat hoping that it’s due to the outbreak that things are moving slower, and that there is barely any direct, up-to-date info available (either that or they are just plain lazy, which I am hoping it’s not the case)
It is a timed-limited exclusive for PS4, y’all have to wait for it for 3 more months.

Anyone figure this out yet. I have the season pass on ps4 and still no dlc. Is it a time of day download. I got the new features like map upgrade but no foundations mission
