Upon defeating The Cursed you will unlock a new quest called The Northern Reach. This quest sees you return to Flann to discuss his army. This discussion turns towards boosting favor in Ulster like we did earlier in Meath. To boost this favor we need to complete more Royal Demands in the area. To help you complete this quest use our Assassin’s Creed Valhalla The Northern Reach guide below.

Speak to Flann

Go back to the stronghold and meet with Barid and Flann. They will talk to you about the armor and raising its strength. To do this you need to boos favor in the region of Ulster which triggers the next objective.

Earn Favor with Ulster’s Kings

Leave the meeting area and head to the Pigeon coop in the stronghold. Interact with it to reveal the three Royal request you must complete. Like Meath the themes are the same, but they located are in a new region:

  1. Death to All: Clear entire camp of enemies.
  2. Royal Vengeance: Kill certain enemies in a camp.
  3. Gemstones: Get gemstones back from enemy.

Accept all three requests then head out and complete them. If you need the additional Goods be sure to complete the bonus King’s Pleas with each of the three requests. This ensure the reward is higher than it would be otherwise. You can also build the Raider Tent to further boost the amount of rewards you receive from completing these requesta.

Upon completion of the three Royal Demands you will finish The Northern Reach quest. Once this quest concludes you will needed to return back to Flann for the Courting the Kings main quest. Flann is still at the stronghold so head back there now.
