Before you can start the Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Wrath of the Druids DLC you need to complete an opening mission. This opening mission becomes available to you once you’ve installed the update and have at least reached Ravensthorpe. At the Ravensthorpe dock you will meet an NPC named Azar who gives you this quest. Use our Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Irish Trade guide to complete it.

Travel to the Naval Blockade and Destroy North and South Structures

Once you’ve spoken with Azar you need to head down the Nene River to the north. If you have the fast travel location unlocked Cruwland you can use it to cut down on travel time. Regardless make your way to the waypoint on the river.

When you reach the river waypoint you get a new objective to burn both the North and South structures. To do this destroy four of the boats and carts that have oil containers in them. On the south side of the river destroy the two oil carts then lit up one of the shacks there using your torch or bow and flaming arrow. Once you’ve destroyed both of the structures return to Ravensthorpe and report back to Azar who has now moved from the docks to a tent to the east.

Upon speaking to Azar about the blockade you will unlock a new Settlement building called the Irish Outpost. You will also receive a letter. Read the letter and then head inside the Irish Outpost and speak to Azar again. Azar will ask you if you are ready to go to Ireland. Accept the offer to go to the new DLC map.

That’s all you need to know to complete the Irish Trade DLC quest. Once this quest is completed you are able to access the Ireland map from your Atlas. The next mission of the DLC is called Blood Bond. Be sure to check out our other DLC guides for Wrath of the Druids.
