There is a legendary spear for players to unlock in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla‘s Wrath of the Druids DLC. This mythical spear is hidden and not really easily accessible unless you know where to look. Defeat all 10 Children of Danu

Halfway through the main story of the DLC you will be introduced to the Children of Danu. The Children of Danu are 10 targets you need to find and hunt throughout Ireland. Each time you defeat one of these targets you receive a piece of Bloody Amber. To get the Gae Bolg spear you need to hunt all 10 targets so you get 10 x Bloody Amber. Once you have the 10 x Bloody Amber you need to head to the druid named Deirdre.

Defeat Boss Balor

When you deliver the 10 x Bloody Amber to Deirdre she makes you a special potion. This special potion takes you to a special boss arena that holds Balor. To get the spear you need to defeat this boss. Defeating Balor sends you back to Ireland. Upon returning to Ireland you will receive the Gae Bolg spear.

Gae Bolg Information

The Gae Bolg is a Mythical Spear that deals lightning damage. This spear comes at final appearance and with 7/10 upgrades. The spear also features an interesting perk that shocks the enemy upon 3 consecutive hits. Lightning damage deals both health and stun damage. Like other mythical weapons in-game you can further upgrade this weapon at the blacksmith.

That’s all you need to know to get the Gae Bolg spear in Wrath of the Druids. The spear is one of the new weapons that was added in the DLC. There are a few other weapons for players to find in Ireland.
