Animal Crossing New Horizons: Where to Buy Medicine for Hornet Stings
As you are out gathering resources in Animal Crossing New Horizons you will likely shake a few trees. While most of the time this tree shaking is harmless, sometimes you trigger a hornets nest. If the angry hornets chase you and catch you, stinging will occur. This results in your character’s face swelling up. To counteract the swelling you need to use Medicine. Below I will show you where to buy medicine for Hornet stings.
Help to Build the Shop
The first thing you need to do is help Tommy and Timmy build their shop on the island. To do this you need to get other NPCs to the island. Once an NPC moves in you will trigger this quest-line. To complete the quest-line you need to gather different materials. Once you’ve gathered these materials you will then be able to place the Nook’s Cranny shop. With the Nook’s Cranny shop operational you gain access to various items you normally couldn’t buy.
Buy Medicine from Nook’s Cranny
Once Nook’s Cranny is up and running you can visit it to buy a variety of items. One item they sell is Medicine. To buy medicine head inside the shop and go to the cabinet in the top left corner. Interact with the cabinet to open a menu of available items. Scroll down until you see a white bag with blue writing on it. This bag is Medicine. You can buy one bag for 400 Bells or 5 for 2000 Bells.
If you intend to shake trees on the regular I suggest stocking up on Medicine. While there is no real adverse affect to being stung it looks a bit unsightly. When you want to recover from the sting simply pop a bag of medicine.
