Bolt Cutters Location in Resident Evil Village

The Bolt Cutters key items can be acquired while advancing the main storyline of the game. Once Ethan reaches the Village he will need to make his way to a building just before the East Old Town. Inside this building Ethan runs into a shotgun wielding old man and encounters the first Lycan enemy of the game.

Take out the Lycan then head back into the house. Head into the north room that is a storage room. Look on the shelving in this room to find the Bolt Cutters sitting there. Pick up the key item to add it to your inventory. By having the Bolt Cutters you are able to cut a variety of chain locks that you encounter throughout the story.
