To start this quest speak to Tyrone in the church’s clinic. When you speak to him he will ask you to get poisoned and return to see him. To get poisoned in game you need to be attacked by an enemy capable of poisoning you. Lucky for us there happens to be a collection of these enemies in the park to the east of the church. Run or skateboard over to the park and head to the northside of it. Look in the trees for beehives. Run up to the beehive and let the swarming bees attack you until you get poisoned.

With the poison ailment active head back to Tyrone in the clinic. Before Tyrone will let you complete the side quest you need to have the poison whittle down your health until the health bar turns red. Once this happens speak to Tyrone to complete this side quest. For completing this side quest you receive 5x Antidote.

After you’ve completed S.23 The LORD’s Deep Healing you can continue Tyrone’s quest-line by speaking to him again. This next side quest tasks you with getting Poisoned. To learn how to complete this quest use our S.24 The LORD’s Benevolence guide.
