The first League in The Division 2 is now live and with it comes a number of ranks for players to unlock. To unlock ranks players must complete Westside League Activities in the West End of Washington D.C. One activity players can complete is to burn Outcast members. To speed this process up I’ve discovered a fairly simple farm for you to complete to do this activity in no time. Continue reading below to learn where to farm Outcast Members burned in the Federal Emergency Bunker.

Note: Difficulty doesn’t matter for this activity. I use normal.

Start the Federal Emergency Bunker and make your way through it until you reach the first elevator that leads down to the Bunker. Ride down the elevator and enter the first area. In this cave system you will see some Outcasts standing next to a flammable barrel. Shoot the barrel to light the Outcasts on fire (guaranteed 2x sometimes 4x). Run in and die.

When you respawn the enemies will change their locations. There will be two by the barrel and one that stands on the cover nearby (and one that floats). Shoot the barrel on the left then wait for the guy standing on top of the cover to jump behind it. Shoot the barrel by the cover when the enemy jumps behind it. This is a guaranteed 3x Outcasts lit on fire. Die and repeat to your hearts content.

The beauty of this farm is that is only requires a gun. No fiddling with flame turrets, incendiary bullets, or grenades. It is a guaranteed 3x burned Outcast per run. So throw on a podcast or anime and get farming. Good luck.
