Resident Evil 4 Remake Viper Hunter Guide
Resident Evil Remake 4 Viper Hunter is a Merchant Request players can do during Chapter 3 and beyond. This request tasks players with killing a total of 3 Vipers and selling them to the Merchant. Viper Hunter Request
After you pass through the Village Square in Chapter 3 you will reach the Town Hall area. In this area you will encounter the Merchant. Near the Merchant you will find the Viper Hunter Merchant Request note posted on a wall. Interact with the note to learn what this request entails the following request details:

To complete this request players need to find and kill 3x Vipers and then sell them to the Merchant. Thankfully there is a fairly close location that we can visit that has a bunch of Vipers in it.
Where to Find Vipers
One source is from breaking containers like barrels and boxes. Occasionally a Viper will jump at you instead of there being an item inside. When the Viper does jump at you simply kill and loot it.
If that’s to random for you there is a spot in Chapter 3 where you will find enough Vipers to complete this request. Make your way through Chapter 3 until you reach the Fish Farm. In the Fish Farm you will encounter 4+ Vipers. These Vipers make a hissing sound when they are near, so listen out for it. I’ve highlighted some spawn areas on the map above.
Once you have 3x Vipers in your inventory make your way to the merchant and speak to him. He will give you the reward for completing the request which is 4x Spinel. Spinel can be used to trade for certain things that are unobtainable otherwise.
