Resident Evil 4 Remake Mercenaries Mode Characters

The Resident Evil 4 Remake now has the popular Mercenaries game mode available. This game mode tasks players with completing different challenge stages to score points by defeating enemies. Unlike the main story where you only play as Leon or Ashley, this game mode features a roster of characters you can play. Leon

Description: Leon is an all-round balanced fight. During Mayhem Mode, his abilities including attack power and speed are greatly increased.

Unlock: Available from start.

Weapons:

• SG-09 R with Laser Sight.
• Stingray with scope.
• Riot Gun.

Other Inventory

• Knife.
• Handgun Ammo x30.
• Shotgun Shells x10.
• Rifle Ammo x5.
• First Aid Spray.

Luis

Description: Luis has good firepower but weak close-quarter abilities. During Mayhem Mode, he can set dynamite, which explodes after a certain amount of time or when shot.

Unlock: Achieve Rank A with Leon on any stage.

Weapons:

• Red9.
• SR M9103 with scope.

Other Inventory

• Knife.
• Handgun Ammo x30.
• Shotgun Shells x10.
• Flash Grenade.
• First Aid Spray x2.

Krauser

Description: Krauser has strong melee attacks and explosive arrows at his disposal. During Mayhem Mode, he mutates and can deal close-quarter attacks or thrust attacks..

Unlock: Achieve Rank A with Luis on any stage.

Weapons:

• TMP.
• EJF-338 Compound Bow.

Other Inventory

• Knife.
• Explosive Arrows x3.
• TMP x30.
• Flash Grenade x3.
• First Aid Spray.

Hunk

Description: Hunk not only has a high-performance submachine gun but also a unique melee attack that can kill instantly. During Mayhem Mode, he gains unlimited ammo.

Unlock: Achieve Rank A with Luis on any stage.

Weapon:

• LE 5.

Other Inventory

• Knife.
• TMP x160.
• Grenade x3.
• First Aid Spray.

These are all of the characters currently in the Resident Evil 4 Remake Mercenaries Mode. If you are a fan of the original game you will notice that two characters are missing: Ada and Wesker. While unconfirmed for the game, there is expectations these characters will appear in some type of DLC pack in the future. This post will update when they do.

The characters listed above are not the only things that players can unlock by playing the Mercenaries Mode. There is now an alternative unlock method for the Handcannon bonus weapon.
