Resident Evil 4 Remake Costumes
The Resident Evil 4 Remake costumes visual changes players can make to the character’s outfits. These costumes reside under the Extras tab of the Main Menu. Default/Jacket/Shirt (Leon)
Gameplay Bonus: N/A.
The Default Leon costume, as the name suggests, is the default Leon model when you play the game. Leon starts with a jacket on in Chapter 1 then removes it later in the game so he is wearing just a shirt instead. If you want to rock either the Jacket or Shirt costumes permanently they located on the the Extras screen.
Pinstripe (Leon)
Gameplay Bonus: N/A.
The Pinstripe costume is an unlockable costume players get after completing the challenge Darkest Before Dawn which is to beat Chapter 16 of the main game. Once you’ve completed the challenge you need to purchase the Pinstripe costume from the Bonuses > Extra Content Shop > Apparel to use it. This costume puts Leon in the iconic Pinstripe suit from the 2005 original title which pairs especially well with the Chicago Sweeper bonus weapon.
Hero (Leon DLC)
Gameplay Bonus: N/A.
The Hero costume is one of the Leon’s DLC costumes. This costume is sold separately or as part of the Deluxe Edition. The only requirement to unlocking it is simply putting up the cash for it.
Villain (Leon DLC)

The Romantic costume is one of the Leon’s DLC costumes. This costume is sold separately or as part of the Deluxe Edition. The only requirement to unlocking it is simply putting up the cash for it.

The Default Ashley costume is the standard look of Ashley in the game. This costume is unlocked by default and is what you see when you start playing the game. You can equip the Jacket on at all times or have her go Jacketless by choosing those respective costumes on the Extras menu.
Armor (Ashley)
Gameplay Bonus: Ashley becomes invulnerable to enemy attacks.
The Armor costume for Ashley is unlockable by completing the A Rank Investigator challenge. This challenge tasks you with completing the main story on Hardcore mode or higher with an A rank. Once you’ve completed the challenge you need to purchase the Armor costume from the Bonuses > Extra Content Shop > Apparel to use it. The Armor costume features a gameplay bonus that makes Ashley invulnerable to enemy attacks.
Casual (Ashley DLC)
Gameplay Bonus: N/A.
The Casual costume is one of the Ashley’s DLC costumes. You can purchase this costume individually or as part of the Deluxe Edition. The only requirement to unlocking it is simply putting up the cash for it.
Romantic (Ashley DLC)
