Remnant & Remnant 2 Arrive on Game Pass
Attention, Xbox users! There’s some noteworthy news for you. Game Pass has recently welcomed the addition of Gunfire Games’ titles, Remnant: From the Ashes and Remnant 2. These games are now at your disposal on both console and PC.
Remnant: From the Ashes released back on August 20, 2019. It is a third-person action shooter that features cooperative gameplay and emphasizes survival, exploration, and strategic combat. When it released critics praised its engaging mechanics, customizable weapons, and atmospheric world design, making it a compelling experience for players seeking a thrilling adventure in a haunting setting.
The sequel, Remnant 2, made its debut on July 25, 2023. Building upon the foundational gameplay mechanics of its predecessor, this title introduced several enhancements. Notable additions encompassed a redesigned class system, a fresh array of weapons and armor, novel adversaries, unexplored realms, and additional formidable bosses to confront.
Remnant 2 has recently received a significant content boost with the release of its first major expansion, The Awakened King. This marks the beginning of additional content drops, with two more DLC add-ons slated for release in 2024.
These two games add to a growing library of games that Xbox has been creating for players. More titles are expected to be added to the future including titles from the now Microsoft owned Activision-Blizzard.
