Remnant 2 Thaen Seed

Where to Get the Thaen Seed in Remnant 2
The Thaen Seed is the Quest Item located inside of the Ornate Lockbox. To get this item players must find the Ornate Lockbox and the Ornate Key in The Widow’s Court are of Yaesha. Once both Quest Items are found, the player needs to Inspect the lockbox and open it using the key. Upon open the box you will get the Thaen Seed Quest Item. It has the following item description:
“The Thaen sheds a single seed only once in a thousand years — or so hold the tale once told by the Pan. Though, not a single Pan has ever witnessed such a thing, and now most believe the Thaen to be inimitable.”
What to Do with the Thaen Seed in Remnant 2
Once you have the Thaen Seed in your possession, the next step is to determine what to do with it. There are there are three possible things you can do with the Thaen Seed in Remnant 2:
- Keep the Thaen Seed and plant it in the dirt patch at the Ward-13 Garden. This causes a tree to grow that gives produces the Thaen Fruit consumable.
- Thaen Fruit Consumable: “After consuming, upon death the hero will be revived at 30% health, and be immune to STATUS effect for 30s.” Can be aged in your inventory for stronger effect.
- Tree can unlock the Ripened Heart Relic.
- Give to the Empress as a gift. You get the Burden of the Rebel Ring as your reward.
- Give to the Nigthweaver’s Web to get Relic Dust.
Because there are multiple rewards from the Thaen Seed you will need to do multiple runs to get them all. The one you can not worry about is the Nightweaver’s Web, which should be your last choice since you don’t get much from it.
