Where is the Nightweaver’s Web in Remnant 2
The Nightweaver’s Web is located in a cell in the basement of The Tormented Asylum (which is the Nightweaver’s realm). This location becomes accessible by collecting the Soulkey Tribute item and then it to the Strange Web. Once you do that you can use the Strange Web to warp to The Tormented Asylum location.
What Does the Nightweaver’s Web Do in Remnant 2
When you approach the Nightweaver’s Web you will see a prompt to interact with it. Interacting brings up a menu showing various quest items you can give the web. Giving the web a quest item destroys the item given, but gives players a new in return. There are a variety of rewards players can get from the giving the web items. They are as follows (more to be tested and added):

One of the most interesting items to come from the web is the Dreamcatcher. This melee weapon can be used as a weapon, but also allows you to steal dream consumables from certain sleeping bosses and NPCs. These consumables can be used to go to various secret locations that contain items and weapons.
