The Remnant 2 Manticora in the Drain event is a special, random, event players may trigger in Morrow Parish, The Great Sewer, and Tiller’s Rest in Losomn. This random event causes players to get pulled down into the sewer to new areas of the map. These new areas feature new items to collect. How to Trigger the Manticora in the Drain Event in Remnant 2

The Manticora in the Drain event is a randomly occurring event players can trigger by walking up to grates they see in the world. If the event triggers a Manticora will pull the player into the vent and they will wake up in a new area of the level.

Rewards for Doing the Maticora in the Drain Event in Remnant 2

Completing the Manticora in the Drain event is very worthwhile. Depending on the location you do it in you can get a variety of different rewards for reaching the new area. These rewards are as follows:

  • Mysterious Stone which is used to craft the Philosopher’s Stone at Wallace’s shop in Ward 13. This item unlocks the Alchemist archetype for you to use or dual-equip.
  • Academic’s Set: Full set of the Alchemist’s starting armor.
  • Drakestone Pearl: Ring.

Depending on where you trigger the event determines what rewards you will find. To get the Mysterious Stone trigger it in areas above ground like Morrow’s Parish. For the other rewards trigger the event in sewer dungeons.
