Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Kitakami Ogre Clan Locations Guide

The Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Kitakami Ogre Clan are a group of eight high level trainers that players can encounter throughout the Kitakami region. As the name of this group suggests they are followers of the Ogre and they wear masks to show their allegiance. To find and fight all of the Kitakami Ogre Clan members, see our guide below.

Where to Find the Kitakama Ogre Clan Clue Guy in The Teal Mask

The eight members of the Kitakami Ogre Clan that are hidden throughout the Kitakami region. These members are fairly well hidden and, when encountered, will challenge the Trainer to a battle.

Although the clan members are hard to locate there is an NPC beside the stairs leading up to Kitakami Hall that is willing to share clues about their whereabouts. He will give you one clue at a time when you speak to him. Near this character you will also find the Chair Maker, who is another NPC with a quest you can complete.

Before you run off and face these trainers keep in mind that they are fairly tough. The trainers you face have teams in the Level 70s and they can easily take out your squad if you’re not adequately prepared.

Kitakami Ogre Clan Location 1: Reveler’s Road

There is an Ogre Clan member located just southeast of the Kitakami Hall area. Go down to the grove of bamboo chutes and you will find Masamune there. Speak to him to battle. This trainers has the following Pokemon:

  • Grimmsnarl (Lv 75).
  • Gardevoir (Lv 75).
  • Ribombee (Lv 76).
  • Clefable (Lv 77).

Kitakami Ogre Clan Location 2: Fallen Horn

If you head north from the first clan member you will reach an area called Fallen Horn. In this area climb up onto the big rock platform in the center of the river. Here you will find a Wonder sign and also the next Ogre Clan member, Hasebe. Hasebe using the following Pokemon:

  • Politoed (Lv 75).
  • Ludicolo (Lv 75).
  • Drednaw (Lv 76).
  • Basculegion (Lv 76).

Kitakami Ogre Clan Location 3: Crystal Pool

Make your way to the Crystal Pool location in the middle of Oni Mountain. Go to the southeast side of the area and look for a cave opening you can enter and then fall down into the mountain below. In this lower area you will find Kotetsu. Kotestu uses the following team:

  • Heracross (Lv 75).
  • Gallade (Lv 75).
  • Conkeldurr (Lv 76).
  • Kommo-o (Lv 77).

Kitakami Ogre Clan Location 4: Apple Hills

Head north along the river that runs by Mossui Town until you reach the waterfall. On the left side of the waterfall there is a cave you can enter. Go inside the cave to find the clan member named Raikiri. Raikiri has the following team:

  • Raichu (Lv 75).
  • Probopass (Lv 75).
  • Luxray (Lv 76).
  • Vikavolt (Lv 77).

Kitakami Ogre Clan Location 5: Oni Mountain

On the east side of the Oni Mountain there is a shelf you can reach that has the Kitakmi Ogre Clan member Munechika on it. Munechika has the following Pokemon:

  • Ambipom (Lv 75).
  • Maushold (Lv 75).
  • Greedent (Lv 76).
  • Snorlax (Lv 77).

Kitakami Ogre Clan Location 6: Oni Mountain

Make your way to the northwest part of the Infernal Path on Oni Mountain. Head off the path and go northwest towards the little pond. Standing next to the pond is Kunitsuna. Kunitsuna uses the following Pokemon in battle:

  • Carbink (Lv 75).
  • Golem (Lv 75).
  • Froslass (Lv 76).
  • Mamoswine (Lv 77).

Kitakami Ogre Clan Location 7: Paradise Barrens

In the Paradise Barrens area make your way to the cluster of rocks shown on the map above. At this location you will encounter Kanemitsu. Kanemitsu uses the following Pokemon in battle:

  • Ninetales (Lv 75).
  • Shiftry (Lv 75).
  • Chandelure (Lv 76).
  • Lilligant (Lv 77).

Leader Muramasa Location: Kitakami Hall

After you’ve defeated all seven of the Ogre Clan members listed above you will have one more person left to fight from the clan. That person is Muramasa. If you haven’t already guessed, it’s the clue guy at Kitakami Hall. Go back and speak to him. He uses the following Pokemon in battle:

  • Gengar (Lv 75).
  • Crawdaunt (Lv 75).
  • Trevenant (Lv 76).
  • Duscolps (Lv 77).
  • Kingambit (Lv 80).

Kitakami Ogre Clan Rewards

Each time you defeat a member of the Kitakami Ogre Clan you receive 7084 in prize money. Additionally you can claim more rewards from the clue giver at Kitakami Hall. He will give you a reward for each clan member you defeat. The rewards you earn are as follows:
