NBA 2K23 Season 6 Rewards and Release Date

The next NBA 2K23 season is soon approaching. This new season, dubbed Season 6, will release on April 7th at 8 am PT. When the new season goes live players will be able to unlock new rewards in both the MyCAREER and MyTEAM game modes. To learn more about the unlocks see the list of NBA 2K23 Season 6 rewards below.

NBA 2K23 Season 6 Rewards

The players highlighting Season 6 are the NBA’s Luka Doncic and the WNBA’s Sue Bird. Both players contribute to the theme of lightning, which is fitting given that Sue Bird played for the Seattle Storm for her career. As for Luka Doncic, he’s one of the NBA’s most electric player, which again fits the theme of the season.

In the MyCAREER mode players will be able to unlock a bunch of special rewards by levelling up the season pass. Each level contains a special reward you can unlock. So far the full list is unavailable, but some key unlocks have been revealed. On next gen players can unlock a Jetpack at Level 30 and a Glider at Level 40. On current gen players will be unlock a GOAT Mascot. Additionally there is new thematic artwork in The City and the G.O.A.T Boat thanks to the Season 6 update.

In the MyTEAM mode there are new cards as part of Season 6. The headliners include Ruby Shaquille O’Neal available at Level 1, a Ruby Sue Bird Coach Card at Level 2, and 99 Dark Matter Hero Hakeem Olajuwon at Level 40. Additionally the Holographic, Unicorn, and Fire cards will also return.
