How to Return to Norway in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

Like previous Assassin’s Creed titles, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla starts players off in a somewhat closed off starting area. This area is Norway in AC: Valhalla. Once you’ve completed the Norway section of the game you will head off to England. Here you will begin the more open-world portion of the game. If you reach England and wish to learn how to return to Norway you’ve come to the right place. See our how to return to Norway in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla guide below for more details.

Can You Go Back to Norway?

You can return to Norway at any time after you’ve reached England by the press of a button. This makes returning to the starting area fairly simple and easy to do. To return to Norway follow the steps below:

  1. Open the World Map.
  2. Open the Atlas on World Map (Triangle/Y buttons).
  3. Select Norway from the Atlas.

Once you’ve completed the steps above you will fast travel back to Norway. These steps can be used on other areas you unlock later in the game like Vinland and England. Using the Atlas allows you to jump between the different locations at anytime allowing you to return to complete side missions or simply free roam in these locations if you so desire.
