Creating the perfect build in Elden Ring can be a bit of a pain to do. There are so many different weapons, spells, and armors to choose from that you may find it hard to put skill points in the right spot. Defeat Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon to Unlock Respec

To unlock the ability to respec your character in Elden Ring you need to defeat a specific boss. This specific boss is Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon. Rennala is located inside the Liurnia region in the Academy of Raya Lucaria’s Grand Library. She is a two phase, two health bar major boss fight you must complete in the game.

Once you defeat Rennala she becomes a friendly NPC. Rennala resides inside of the Grand Library and you can visit her whenever you like. If you wish to respec, speak to her and select Rebirth. Now, before you can actually do this you need to have a special item called the Larval Tear. These are fairly rare Key Items you can find and purchase from specific vendors.
