To get this new piece of headgear you need to play the new Master Rank event called Flora Frostbite. This event takes place in the Hoarfrost Reach and has a MR 3 condition or higher. Once you’ve met the conditions, start the quest however you see fit (bounty board, handler, etc.).

Where to Find 10 Iceblooms

To complete this event you need to deliver 10 Iceblooms in 50 minutes without fainting more than 3 times. This should be simple enough to do. All you are doing in this mission is searching the Frozen Foliage for Iceblooms. The spot circled on the map above is a good location to farm them. Once you’ve collected 10 the even will end. As part of your reward you will receive a Wyverian Ticket.
