How to Get the Viking Hatchet in Red Dead Redemption 2
There are a number of interesting weapons for you to find in Red Dead Redemption 2 including some which are not of the time period. One of the weapons which is from a different time period is the Viking Hatchet. To help you get it, here’s how to get the Viking Hatchet in Red Dead Redemption 2.
Go to the Old Tomb Near Annesburg
To get the Viking Hatchet you are going to need to visit the Old Tomb which are located to the north of Annesburg. When you reach the Old Tomb you can go inside them to trigger a drawing from Arthur by inspecting the site. Once the drawing is done, you will want to make your way to the center of the Old Tomb. At the center of the Old tomb you will find a skeleton on an an old stone altar. Beside the altar jammed into a skull is the hatchet. Grab it to add it to your compendium.
About the Viking Hatchet
The Viking Hatchet is a unique melee weapon that can be found in Red Dead Redemption 2. The Compendium listing for this weapon is as follows.
A rare ancient Hatchet, engraved all over with Nordic patterns and bound with leather. This melee weapon was found at an old stone altar in the Roanoke Valley area of New Hanover, lodged into a skull. This Hatchet can also be thrown.
