How to Get the Trauma Team Outfit in Cyberpunk 2077

Want to unlock the Trauma Team outfit in Cyberpunk 2077 2.0? This iconic uniform is worn by the elite paramedics of Night City and has become one of the most recognizable outfits in the game. It’s more than just cosmetic—it’s a rare piece of gear that shows off your style and dedication.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through exactly how to get the Trauma Team outfit step by step. You’ll learn where to find Trauma Drama arcade machines, how to hit the high score, and what you need to do to claim the outfit for your V—no matter their gender or body type.

What Is the Trauma Team Outfit?

The Trauma Team outfit is a legendary cosmetic set that gives your V the look of a corporate-backed paramedic. Unlocking it also adds a mini Trauma Team AV decoration to your apartment.

  • Can be worn by all genders and body types
  • Includes: Full uniform + helmet (toggleable), mini AV decoration
  • Purely cosmetic — no armor stats, just prestige

Step 1: Find a Trauma Drama Arcade Machine

You’ll need to play Trauma Drama, an arcade mini-game added in Patch 2.0. These machines are located across the city, but a few locations are especially reliable:

Reliable Machine Locations

  • Kabuki Market, Watson — inside the Netrunner shop
  • El Coyote Cojo bar, The Glen, Heywood — among the arcade cabinets inside
  • Bars and arcades across Night City — sometimes appear in other venues, but these two are the most dependable

Tip:

  • Use fast travel to quickly check the locations of Kabuki and El Coyote Cojo to see if they have it.

Step 2: Beat the Trauma Drama High Score

Set the High Score on the game.

To trigger the quest, you need to beat the Trauma Drama arcade cabinet’s high score (can be checked by selecting High Score on main menu).

  • Target score: ~400,000 points
  • Scoring rules:
    • +200 per enemy kill
    • −10,000 per death

Key Detail

You do not need to finish all 18 stages. Once you reach the target score, you can die then not continue to get the score registered on the leaderboard.

Tips

  • Avoid unnecessary deaths — each one costs 10k points.
  • Learn the enemy patterns to progress steadily.
  • You can move at your own pace through each stage.

Step 3: Apply for the Trauma Team “Internship”

After setting the cabinet’s high score, you’ll receive a message from Macroware offering a “career opportunity.” This starts the side job Career Opportunities. To complete it:

  1. Go to a computer terminal (your apartment or another location).
  2. Open the Trauma Team / International netpage.
  3. Select “We Want You” → “Apply Today.”
  4. Wait for confirmation.

If the page doesn’t appear at your main apartment, try a different terminal.

Step 4: Claim the Trauma Team Outfit

Once your intern application is processed:

  • Go to the Metro: Med Center in Watson
  • Locate the two Trauma Team guards near a crate
  • Use the interact button to open the crate

Rewards:

  • Full Trauma Team outfit
  • Mini Trauma Team AV decoration for your apartment

The Trauma Team outfit is one of the coolest cosmetic rewards in Cyberpunk 2077, combining style, prestige, and a touch of Night City’s chaos. By mastering the Trauma Drama arcade challenge and following this guide, you can unlock the full uniform and proudly display the mini AV in your apartment.
