The first bike you will run into in Death Stranding can be found outside the Distribution Center West of Capital Knot City. To fix this bike head inside the Distribution Center and build a Generator. Once you have a Generator PCC, take it outside and set it up next to the bike. With the bike inside the range of the Generator it will being to charge. Once fully charged you are able to ride the bike. With the bike being ride-able you can cut down on the time it takes to get back to Capital Knot City.

To ride the bike use R1 to accelerator, left control stick to steer, and L1 to stop/reverse. Be careful while riding the bike as you can crash it or run out of juice in it. Also note you can pack the bike with parcels, meaning it can be a very efficient way to move packages around.
