Unlock the Ability to Use Portals

Before you can access the Developer Room in Borderlands 3 Bounty of Blood you must advance the story until Juno gives you the ability to use the various Telezapper portals scattered around the planet of Gehanna. These portals allow you to warp between different places which often lead to new spots you normally couldn’t reach.

In the room you are teleported you will find a number of chests and safes along with a photo of the development team.
