Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Wrath of the Druids Endings Guide

In Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Wrath of the Druids there are two possible endings for players to unlock. These endings end the DLC on rather different notes. To unlock the different endings comes down to a simple choice during the DLC’s boss fight. To help you navigate this choice use our Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Wrath of the Druids endings Guide below.

The choice you need to make to determine the DLC ending occurs during the mission called The Cost of Betrayal. During this mission you will faceoff against Ciara in a boss fight. When you defeat Ciara you will trigger a cutscene. During this cutscene you are presented with two choices:

  1. Honorable death.
  2. I can’t kill you.

Depending on the choice you make here determines what ending you see for the DLC. Note that both endings of the DLC are fairly short and note really rewarding. With that said here’s what happens for both choices.

Honorable Death Ending

If you select this choice you will kill Ciara. After Ciara is killed Flann will destroy the stone to keep Ireland safe for generations to come. When the stone is destroyed there is a fade to black and you will return to Dublin.

I Can’t Kill You Ending

If you select this choice you will spare Ciara. You then convince her to switch sides. Ciara will destroy the stone together to keep Ireland safe for generations. When the stone is destroyed Flann will wake up and apologize to Ciara for failing her and the druids. Ciara will depart.

No matter the ending you select the epilogue remains the same. You return to Dublin and will be near Barid’s grave. Flann thanks you for helping him out and the title is displayed. Regardless of what outcome you chose the trophy/achievement called Ireland’s Deliverance will pop at this point. You are free to continue roaming after the main story ends.
