Where to Find Every VHS Tape in Poppy Playtime: Chapter 3
In Poppy Playtime Chapter 3: Deep Sleep, there are VHS tapes you can collect. In this chapter there are 12 total. Each tape tells a bit of lore about either toys, the Playtime Co., or story aspects. Finding all of the tapes is a good way to understand what is going on in the story. It also helps you unlock a trophy/achievement. 1. Cyan VHS Tape
Tape Name: Claire Harper Debrief
The Cyan VHS Tape is located in the break room/battery puzzle room area right after the Trash Compactor sequence. The VCR to play this tape is right next to it.
2. Green VHS Tape
Tape Name: GrabPack 2.0 Prototype
The Green VHS Tape is located in the Gas Production Zone. Use the Battery on the Green Battery Socket to open the shutter. Go in this room and you will find the VHS on the floor by the GrabPack 2.0 and the VCR nearby.
3. Red VHS Tape (Have to Pick Up)
Tape Name: Welcome to Playtime
The Red VHS Tape is located in Home Sweet Home. It is located in the room at the end of the Nightmare Maze. You have to pick this tape up and watch it as part of the story.
4. Brown VHS Tape
Tape Name: 1322 Report: Void
The Brown VHS Tape is located in Home Sweet Home. It is located in the room to the right after you crawl under the desk and use the Blue Hand Sensor to open the door.
The VHS is to your right the moment you enter the room. The VCR is in the middle of the room.
5. Dark Green VHS Tape
Tape Name: Samuel Lee’s Last Day
The Dark Green VHS Tape is located in Home Sweet Home. It is in the living room area on the second floor (accessible after using the Toycar).
Look for the VHS inside a cupboard. The VCR is nearby in the corner of the room.
6. Yellow VHS Tape
Tape Name: Illegible Writing
The Yellow VHS Tape is located in the School. It is located by the second gate you need to open. Look for it in the nearby locker. The VHS player is inside the room, accessible after opening the gate.
7. Orange VHS Tape
Tape Name: Stuart and Rich
After you complete the Miss Delight chase you enter the caves. Inside the caves there is a shutter you open with a Battery. On the other side of the shutter you will find the Orange VHS Tape on the scaffolding path and the Orange VCR nearby.
8. Purple VHS Tape
Tape Name: CatNap Check-In
The Purple VHS Tape is located in the Playhouse. The tape is located in the first play room inside the tent with dinosaur on it. The VCR is located in the entrance room opposite the Bobby Bearhug cardboard cutout.
9. White VHS Tape
Tape Name: 8/8/95 Emergency Alert
The White VHS Tape is located in the Counselor’s Office. The tape is located in the first room after you do the Battery Puzzle. It is on a desk. The VCR is next to it on a filing cabinet.
10. Pink VHS Tape
Tape Name: Hartmann Incident
The Pink VHS Tape is located in the Head of Playcare’s office in the Counselor’s Office area. It is sitting on the desk. The VCR to watch it on is on some filing cabinets also in the office.
11. Black VHS Tape
Tape Name: Log 24459
The Black VHS Tape is located in the Safe Room (the CatNap boss fight arena). It is on the wall by the elevator. The VHS Tape is beneath the VCR.
12. Red VHS Tape
Tape Name: The Hour of Joy
The Red VHS Tape is automatically collected as part of the main storyline. When you go to the Hatch Room (to go to Chapter 4), Poppy will play it for you. There is nothing you need to do here.
