Genshin Impact Update 1.6 Barbara Outfit Unlock Guide
In the update 1.6 of Genshin Impact there are two new outfits players can unlock for Barbara and Jean. The outfit for Jean can be purchased, while the outfit for Barbara requires collecting specific items to unlock. The items you need to collect are called Echoing Conchs. Where to Find Echoing Conches
Once at the islands you will encounter a new item called the Echoing Conch. These shells are found on the different islands in the special limited time area. To get the Barbara outfit you need to collect a total of 24 Echoing Conchs. When near a conch a shell icon appears on your minimap. Go to the location and interact with the shell to collect it. This will play a special memory.
Each day there are five conches you can find. Collecting enough for the Barbara skin will take you 5 days. Again to reiterate you need to login in each day to collect these collectible items. You do not need to collect them all if you just want the skin. Only 24 are required.
Barbara Summertime Sparkle Skin
Upon collecting the 24x Echoing Conches make your way to the Events Overview tab and access the Echoing Tales. Here there is an Rewards Screen you can access. On the rewards screen you will see the Summertime Sparkle Outfit for Barbara. Meet the requirements to unlock it and add it to the Dressing Room.
The outfit for Barbara is beach themed with her wearing a pretty skirt. She also has on a sailors hat and carries a ducky purse. This look matches the theme of update 1.6 which is very tropical. Jean has a similar outfit as mentioned earlier.
That’s all you need to know to unlock the Genshin Impact update 1.6 Barbara outfit. If you don’t wish to put in the effort listed above miHoYo has said they will be adding it to the store like Jean’s outfit once the 1.6 is over. To get it you would simply need to purchase it, rather then unlock it.
