Dragonlord Placidusax can be found in the Crumbling Farum Azula region. You automatically go to this region after you’ve lit the large Erdtree on fire at the Forge of the Giant’s. Once you reach this location go forward until you reach the Site of Grace called Beside the Great Bridge. From this location I will describe where to find the hidden boss.

From the Beside the Great Bridge Site of Grace turn so you are heading east and get on the elevator. Ride it down then get off and turn to the right. Go down the stairs here and head past the enemy. Head southwest and leave the building.

On the outside of the building head west until you reach the cliff’s edge. Look down and you will see a path below you. Drop down onto the path. Follow the path along until you reach the piece of broken building floating in the sky.

Lie down at this spot when prompted.

Upon reaching the broken building, identify the area devoid of a dragon skeleton (circled above). Stand on this specific spot, and you will receive a prompt to lie down. Lie down and a custscene will play. After the cutscene you will be inside of the boss arena. Here you face off against Dragonlord Placidusax.

Defeat Dragonlord Placidusax to receive Runes and the Remembrance of the Dragonlord. You can turn in this item at Eina’s to receive either a weapon or a spell.
