When you arrive in the Last City: Eliksni Quarter make your way over to Mithrax. Upon approaching you will trigger a short conversation between the trio standing there. After this conversation comes to an end you will get a quest update. This update is to go to The H.E.L.M. which is now located on the Director screen above the Tower. Go to this location now.

Speak to the Splicer Servitor in the H.E.L.M

The H.E.L.M has changed a bit for the new season. There is now a new room on the westside that house the Splicer Servitor that is accessible by some stairs leading down along the west wall. In this room approach the Splicer Servitor and speak to it. This will bring up a lore screen. The Splicer Servitor will give you the Paradrome Cube Artifact and the Splicer Gauntlet. This will tart a new questline to get Key Codes called Path of the Splicer I.

This concludes the Beneath the Great Machine mission. This mission really only exists to introduce you to the new seasonal characters and give you the seasonal artifact.
