Remnant: From the Ashes – All Audio Recording Locations in Ward Prime (Subject 2923 DLC)
The Subject 2923 DLC for Remnant: From the Ashes introduces several new achievements, including the challenging “Other Voices” achievement. To unlock this, you’ll need to find and listen to all four Audio Logs scattered throughout Ward Prime. While this task can be time-consuming, we’ve got you covered with a step-by-step guide on where to find each log.
Audio Log Locations:
There are four Audio Logs to find in Ward Prime. To listen to one, simply approach it and interact when prompted. Here’s where to find each log:
Audio Log 1: Observatory
- Location: B1, Observatory.
- Directions: To the left of the sign that says “Observatory,” you’ll find a set of stairs leading up. Follow the stairs and head towards the blast door. The Audio Log is on the console farthest from the entrance.
Audio Log 2: Medical Bay Room with Maintenance Key
- Location: Medical Bay.
- Directions: As you progress through Ward Prime, you’ll need the Maintenance Key from the Medical Bay. To find the key, break the glass to enter a room in the Medical Bay area. Once inside, destroy the bookshelf blocking the hole and drop into the next room. The Audio Log will be on the counter near the operating table.
Audio Log 3: Reactor Bay Entrance Area
- Location: Reactor Bay.
- Directions: Continue through the Ward Prime area until you enter the Maintenance area and proceed into the Reactor Bay. Before you reach the bay itself, you’ll encounter a Reactor Control room on your left. Opposite this room, you’ll find a blocked path by the Root. Go down the hall, turn right, and enter the storage room. The Audio Log will be on a counter in the storage room.
Audio Log 4: Laboratory
- Location: Laboratory.
- Directions: After activating the Reactor, head to the Medical Chief room in the Medical Bay. Use the computer inside to unlock the Medical Storage room, where you’ll find the Ward Prime Keycard. With this keycard, you can access the Laboratory. Once inside, face the three blocked doors, and destroy the one on the left to enter the Laboratory area. The final Audio Log will be on a counter to your left
Unlocking the “Other Voices” Achievement
After collecting all four Audio Logs and listening to them, you will unlock the “Other Voices” achievement. This achievement is one of the more rewarding collectibles in the game and gives you insight into the story of Ward Prime.
