The Disgrace of the Salazar Family Request Location & Details

At the start of Chapter 12 go up the elevator. When you walk off the elevator turn to your left. Look along the wall to your left and you will see two Blue Request Notes. They are Jewel Thief and The Disgrace of the Salazar Family. Grab both. Read the The Disgrace of the Salazar Family details:

  • Request: Deface Ramon’s portrait.
  • Area: See attached photograph.
  • Reward: Spinel x4.

To complete this request you need to find the location shown in the picture. This location is the Throne Room in the Castle. This means you need to backtrack back into the Castle to complete this request.

Ramon’s Portrait/Painting Location

Go to the Throne Room to find the portrait.

To find the Ramon’s Portrait/Painting you need to make your way to the Throne Room in the Castle. To do this open the gate to the Ballroom and go through it. Head east through the Antechamber into the Throne Room.

Inside the Throne Room you need to snag yourself an egg. You can wait for a Chicken to lay one or grab the Gold Egg from the lockbox using the Cubic Device. Regardless grab an egg and head to the northeast corner of the throne room where Ramon’s Portrait is hanging on the wall. Equip (not Use) an egg and throw it at the painting to deface it.

Once you’ve defaced the painting by throwing an egg at it, return to the Merchant. He will thank you for completing the request and will give you Spinel x4 as a reward. Spinel can be used to Trade with the Merchant for special items.
