There are a total of 16 notes (plus 9 journals) for players to collect in Poppy Playtime Chapter 4: Safe Haven. These notes are spread out through the different sections. The table below highlights where to find each in the order you encounter them.

| Prisoner Profile, Experiment 1166 | On a shelf in the first shutter storage room after completing the Red Gas Calendar puzzle. |
| Prisoner Profile, Experiment 1163 | In Containment Zone Cell #6. |
| Reconnaissance Report: 12.15.04 | During the Catch Up With Doey section it is in the first office room you enter on the desk. |
| A Cryptic Letter | In the Kitchen directly right after you crawl under the fallen shelves on the bottom shelf. |
| Project Overview: Safe Haven | Located in the Safe Haven Infirmary. It is on top of some shelving along the right wall. |
| Subject 1322C Report | In the Water Water Plant (the room with the Doey Cutout). It is sitting on a control console in the middle of the room. |
| Reconnaissance Report: 01.10.05 | In a tent in the Caves. The tent is located opposite Socket 1. |
| Propaganda Flier | During the Yarnaby section you need to find a Lever. Beside the Lever is this note. |
| Secondary Lab Instructions | On the corpse that you grab the Gas Mask off of in No Man’s Land. |
| Secondary Lab Mission Statement | In the Operation Room viewing area (second floor by Vent) of the Gas Maze. |
| Young Geniuses Program Removal Letter | Grab the Sawyer’s Office Key during the maze section. Use it to access Sawyer’s Office after defeating The Doctor. In the office is this note. |
| An Untitled Poem | After the Tram ride from the Doctor’s Headquarters you will arrive at Safe Haven. Go in the fenced area. Use the Purple Hand to reach the section with shelves. On a shelf is this note. |
| Foundation Operator Note | In the Control Room in The Foundation. Accessible after getting the Purple Keycard. |
