How to Unlock Every Skin and Equip Them in Blasphemous 2

In Blasphemous 2 player can equip special unlockable skins to change the look of the Penitent One. There are currently 8 skins for players to unlock in the game. These unlocks come from completing various tasks or finding the skins in certain areas. To help you complete your collection, continue reading below to learn how to get every skin in Blasphemous 2.

1. Basic Skin

Basic Skin equipped on the Penitent One in Blasphemous 2.
The Basic Skin is automatically unlocked.

The first skin in the game is the Basic Skin. This skin is unlocked by default as it is the original look of The Penitent One.

2. Second Psalm

Second Psalm equipped on the Penitent One in Blasphemous 2.
Unlock the Second Psalm skin by completing the normal ending (Ending B).

The second skin in the game is the Second Psalm. This skin is unlocked by completing the normal ending of the game (Ending B). Choose Deny when prompted to use the Incense of the Envoys (if you have it).

3. Apostate Blood

The Apostate Blood skin unlocks automatically with The Third Sin DLC.

The third skin in the game is Apostate Blood. This skin is unlocked automatically when you download The Third Sin DLC.

4. Light and Time

Light and Time equipped on the Penitent One in Blasphemous 2.
Unlock the Light and Time skin by completing the secret ending (Ending A).

The fourth skin in the game is Light and Time. This skin is unlocked by completing the secret ending of the game (Ending A). Choose Give when prompted to use the Incense of the Envoys (if you have it).

5. Perfidy

The fifth skin in the game is Perfidy. You need to find this skin out in the world. To do that go to the room I have highlighted in the Elevated Temples. The skin is on the top most platform by the Prie Dieu exit.

6. Atonement

The sixth skin in the game is Atonement. You need to find this skin out in the world. To do that go to the room I have marked in the Two Moons. The skin is to the left of the top of the ladder.

7. The Third Sin

The Third Sin Skin equipped on the Penitent One in Blasphemous 2.
You unlock The Third Sin skin by completing the DLC.

The seventh skin in the game is The Third Sin. To unlock this skin you need to complete The Third Sin DLC. Upon defeating Crescenia, Duchess of the Sleeping Face, you will receive this skin.

8. Penance of Virtue

The eighth skin in the game is the Penance of Virtue. To unlock this skin you need to find three armor pieces scattered around The Third Sin DLC areas. The pieces you need to find are:

  1. Fragment of Helm of Virtue (behind secret wall on left side at bottom of room)
  2. Fragment of Leg of Virtue (behind secret wall left side at bottom of room)
  3. Urn of the Penitent of Virtue

I have shown all three locations in the screenshots above. They are in Stone Entrails, Geometry of Knowledge, and The Vibrating of the Organs.

Upon collecting all three of the pieces listed above, you will unlock the Penance of Virtue skin.

How to Equip/Change Skins

You can equip skins in Blasphemous 2 through a couple of different methods:

  1. On the Main Menu screen select Extras. On the Extras screen scroll down to Skin Selector and then equip the skin you want to rock.
  2. In-game pause and go to Settings. In Settings go to Skin Selector and then equip the skin you want to rock.
