In Resident Evil Village you can collect special cooking ingredients for Duke to make you special meals. These special meals improve aspects of Ethan including his Health and defenses. Many of the meals require simple ingredients but some need you to find more rare ones. One of the more rare ingredients is the Finest Fish. To get the Finest Fish ingredient you need to find a special fish. This special fish is a sort of orangish/yellow and it is much larger than other fish. To find this fish you need to make your way all the way down the river from the Dimitrescu Castle. In order to ride down the river you need to ensure you have the Crank to lower the bridge leading to the Ceremony Site. Lowering this bridge allows you to access a boat you can ride down the river.

At the end of the river get off the boat and continue heading south along the path to find a small pool that has three fish in it. One of the fish in this pool is the special fish. Kill all the fish to acquire Fish and Finest Fish ingredients you can give to Duke. The Finest Fish ingredient in particular can be used to create the Sarmale de Peste dish wish improves movement speed.
