Elden Ring Bolstering Bell Bearings Locations Guide

In Elden Ring you will spend a bunch of time gathering various upgrade materials to upgrade both your weapon and ashes. Many of the upgrade materials are available in the open-world, but having access to them through merchants makes life a lot easier. What to Do with Bolstering Bell Bearings

Before I dive into the locations of all of the Bolstering Bell Bearings in the game I just want to mention what exactly you do with them. When you acquire a Bolstering Bell Bearing you need to take them to the Rountable Hold. At this location speak to the Twin Maidens. There is an option to “Offer a bell bearing.” Select this option then select the bell bearing from the list. This adds the bell bearings inventory to the twin maiden’s inventory. You can then purchase them using Runes.

Note: NPCs with stores will drop bell bearings as well. These bell bearings work in the exact same manner as mentioned above. Delivering the bell bearings to the Twin Maidens will unlock that NPC’s inventory in their shop.

There are a total of 15 Bolstering Bell Bearings to find in the game. Most of them are acquired by defeating certain dungeon bosses. Some are found in the open-world also. Smithing-Stone Bell Bearings Locations

[1] – Dropped by Crystalian boss at the end of Raya Lucaria Tunnel in Liurnia of the Lakes.

[2] – In the Altus plateau’s Sealed Tunnel chest after the first secret area.

[3] – Zamor Ruins in the Mountaintop of the Giants.

[4] – Dropped by the Godskin Duo boss in Crumbling Farum Azula.

Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearings Locations

[1] – Dropped by the Fallingstar Beast boss at the end of the Sellia Crystal Tunnel in Caelid.

[2] – Dropped by the Crystalian duo boss at the end of the Altus Tunnel in the Altus Plateau.

[3] – On corpse on northside of the First Church of Marika in the Mountaintop of the Giants.

[4] – On corpse north of the Tempest-Facing Site of Grace in Crumbling Farum Azula.

[5] – In church before elevator leading to Beside the Great Bridge Site of Grace in Crumbling Farum Azula.

Glovewort Picker’s Bell Bearings

[1] – Dropped by Erdtree Watchdog in Wyndham Catacombs in the Altus Plateau.

[2] – Dropped by Ulcerated Tree Spirit in Giant’s Mountaintop Catacombs in the Mountaintop of the Giants.

[3] – Middle of gazebo near the Crumbling Beast Grave Site of Grace in Crumbling Farum Azula.

Ghost-Glovewort Pickers Bell Bearings

[1] – Found on corpse next to Gazebo in Nokron, Eternal City.

[2] – Treasure Chest guarded by Silver Tears in Nokstella, Eternal City.

[3] – End of graveyard after church in Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree Site of Grace in Haligtree.

If you collect all of the bells listed above you will be able to level-up both your weapons and ashes to their almost maximum. The only caveat is the Ancient Dragon Smithing stones which are acquired by defeating certain end-game bosses and completing NPC questlines.

Smithing-Stone Miner’s Bell Bell Bearing [1] Location

The Smithing-Stone Miner’s Bell Bearing [1] is located in the Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel. This tunnel is found in the cliffs to the northeast of Raya Lucaria. Make your way to the very bottom of this tunnel to reach the boss room. Defeat the Crystalian to receive the Smithing-Stone Miner’s Bell Bearing [1]. It unlocks the ability to purchase Smithing Stones 1+2 and Glintstone Scrap.

Smithing-Stone Miner’s Bell Bell Bearing [2] Location

The Smithing-Stone Miner’s Bell Bell Bearing [2] is located in the Sealed Tunnel in the Altus Plateau. To reach this tunnel go to the Outer Wall Phantom Tree and head down into the moat to the east. At the end of the moat is the tunnel entrance. Head inside the tunnel. To the west of the Site of Grace is a fake wall. Roll/hit the wall to reveal a path. Take your first right to enter an area with a chest. Inside the chest is the Smithing-Stone Miner’s Bell Bell Bearing [2]. It unlocks the ability to purchase Smithing Stones 3+4.

Smithing-Stone Miner’s Bell Bell Bearing [3] Location

The Smithing-Stone Miner’s Bell Bell Bearing [3] is located in the Zamor Ruins in the Mountaintop of the Giants. From Zamor Site of Grace make your way southwest through the ruins until you find ramp leading down. Go down this ramp to find a door. Open the door, go into the room and open the treasure chest to get the The Smithing-Stone Miner’s Bell Bell Bearing [3]. It unlocks the ability to purchase Smithing Stones 5+6.

Smithing-Stone Miner’s Bell Bell Bearing [4] Location

The Smithing-Stone Miner’s Bell Bell Bearing [4] is unmissable. Near the end of the game you go to a location called the Crumbling Farum Azula. About half-way through this this area you must defeat the Godskin Duo bosses. When they are defeated you will receive the Smithing-Stone Miner’s Bell Bell Bearing [4]. It unlocks Smithing Stones 7+8 for purchase.

Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearing [1] Location

The Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearing [1] is located in the Sellia Crystal Tunnel in Caelid. Make your way to the very end of the tunnel to reach the boss fight. Defeat the Fallingstar Beast boss at the very end of the tunnel to get the Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearing [1]. It unlocks the Somber Smithing Stones 1+2 and Glintstone Scrap.

Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearing [2] Location

The Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearing [2] is located in the Altus Tunnel in the Altus Plateau. Make your way to the very end of the tunnel to reach the boss fight. Defeat the duo Crystalian boss at the very end of the tunnel to get the Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearing [2]. It unlocks the Somber Smithing Stones 3+4.

Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearing [3] Location

The Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearing [3] is located just outside of the First Church of Marika in the Mountaintop of the Giants. On the northside of the church near the entrance is a body in the snow. On this body is the Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearing [3]. It unlocks the Somber Smithing Stones 5+6.

Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearing [4] Location

The Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearing [4] is found on a corpse on the rocks to the north of the Tempest-Facing Balcony Site of Grace in the Crumbling Farum Azula. It unlocks the Somber Smithing Stones 7+8.

Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearing [5] Location

The Somberstone Miner’s Bell Bearing [5] is found on an altar in the temple just before the Beside the Great Bridge Site of Grace in the Crumbling Farum Azula. It unlocks the Somber Smithing Stones 9.

Glovewort Picker’s Bell Bearing [1] Location

The Glovewort Picker’s Bell Bearing [1]] is dropped by the Erdtree Burial Watchdog boss in Wyndham Catacombs in the Altus Plateau. You can get to this dungeon by making your way through the Wyndham Ruins. When handed in it unlocks Grave Glovewort 1-3 for purchase.

Glovewort Picker’s Bell Bearing [2] Location

The Glovewort Picker’s Bell Bearing [2] is a drop off of the Ulcerated Tree Spirit in the Giant’s Mountaintop Catacombs in the Mountaintop of the Giants. When handed in it unlocks Grave Glovewort 4,5,6 for purchase.

Glovewort Picker’s Bell Bearing [3] Location

The Glovewort Picker’s Bell Bearing [3] is found in the middle of a gazebo near the Crumbling Beast Grave Depths Site of Grace in . To reach this location go to the Crumbling Beast Grave Depths Site of Grace. From this location head northwest into the second building. Take your first left and you will find an elevator on the balcony. Ride the elevator down. Follow the path leading to the cliffside. Go up it so it takes you across to the lake area. Next to the lake is a gazebo with the Glovewort Picker’s Bell Bearing [3] in the middle of it. When handed in it unlocks Grave Glovewort 7,8,9 for purchase.

Ghost-Glovewort Pickers Bell Bearing [1] Location

The Ghost-Glovewort Pickers Bell Bearing [1] is located in Nokron, Eternal City in the upper Siofra River region. The item is located on a corpse in the middle of the city next to the gazebo. Leave the Norkon, Eternal City Site of Grace to the east to reach it. It unlocks the ability to purchase Ghost-Glovewort 1,2,3.

Ghost-Glovewort Pickers Bell Bearing [2] Location

The Ghost-Glovewort Pickers Bell Bearing [2] is located in Nokstella, Eternal City in the Ainsel River region. The item is located in a chest in the building at the top of the stairs. It is guarded by a Silver Tear. It unlocks the ability to purchase Ghost-Glovewort 4,5,6.

Ghost-Glovewort Pickers Bell Bearing [3] Location

The Ghost-Glovewort Pickers Bell Bearing [3] is located in Haligtree. Make your way to the Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree Site of Grace. From this location make your way to the northern wall to reach an eleveator. Ride the elevator up to the church. Go through the church and take a left. Go through the graveyard and the item is at the end. It unlocks the ability to purchase Ghost-Glovewort 7,8,9.
